Another new complaint: Club Elite Access International Marketing Corporation


We have received a new complaint from a concerned and obviously worried customer from a company known as Club Elite Access International Marketing Corporation. We went out and made a quick investigation, and this is what we found out.

They have a website, which barely provides any information about their company.




It also saids in the website you can contact them via one number only.

Aside from the things we found out, there were also a few websites we found that discussed a possible case of fraud, but then again, we would like to be certain before we tag this company as a scam.

Again, we would love to hear the side of the company as well, to probably be able to aid in finding resolution for this customer who is asking for help.

NAME OF COMPANY: Club Elite Access International Marketing Corporation

COMMENT: Please help me and share your stories or experience about this company. I would like to know more if I am a victim of scam or not. This company offer membership inclusive of free dental,hotel accommodation & discounts/freebies in their respective partner establishment. Its been two or three months since I talked to them about their partners but still there's no list of updated partners of this company on their official website (www.clubeliteaccess.com). At first they told me that they are just upadating their contract but as of this date,no list of partner establishment came out. Im afraid if its true, I pay for a membership fee amounting P5988 and I swear I find it hard to contact them all of their given contact details. I already passed my cancellation letter regarding this issue before the 30 days registration but no response. If you have the same experience please help me what I am going to do next. Thanks.

P.S I already read some experience on the previous original website of Reklamo.ph regarding Club Elite.

      Mine was also a phone call. They claimed that they are affliate of the bank where I applied for a credit card because they know all my details. It ends up its a scam, charging us without clear communication na may charge na 6k.

    4. Sabe for verification lang, pero I think un ung way nila para makuha ung details. Nung una hesitant ako pero considering na sinabi nila na from the bank sila, I gave them the details.

    It happened to me as well. Last Friday lang. ininform ko ang messenger ng Saturday na wag muna ideliver kasi wala ako sa house and then sunday, tinext ko yung kausap ko IRENE SANTIAGO! na I cant avail by this time ang package promo nila kasi something came up na apektado ang budget ko...abah! pagdating ng monday, nakausap ko sila, ayaw na nilang icancel! di na daw pwede! samantalang di ko naman nareceive ang vouchers nila. tapos kol ako sa card ko, transacted na agad nun pa lang Friday sa card ko...mga siraulo at manloloko! ang daling iapproved over the conversation tapos di pwedeng icancel! Mahiya kayo sa pinaggagawa nyo! kumikita kayo sa pangloloko nyo! Makakarma rin kayo!

    same experience to me. The day na ideliver yung membership card and vouchers, I tried to cancel my membership because of fee. Eh sa natatandaan ko freebies sya amounting 5988. Nung time na nahalata ni delivery man na nag-aalinlangan na ako tanggapin eh agad-agad naitawag nya sa club elite at ipinakiusap sa akin. Ayaw ipacancel kahit sinabi ko na hndi kmi nagkaintindihan sa terms at sinabi nilng info sa akin over the phone. Nkakainis talaga. Ang dami-dami pa nila palusot pag nagrereklamo ka at ipipilit pa nila na change of mind yung main reason mo which is violation at nasa policy nila na hndi nila iaapproved yung cancellation kung change of mind reason mo. Mga manloloko at kung mababasa nyu lang dati sa reklamo.ph (previous website) eh ang dami-dami na tlaga nilang nabiktima dito. Karamihan eh mga bagong credit card holders.

      I'm victimized also of club elite access, since new card holder,they definitely deducted for payment membership of 5,988 .i already requested for the cancellation but no response with them,, also dispute letter from the bank but they considered as valid transactions.. (Hindi ito makatarungan Sana ma e raised up natin ang concerned sa dti.)

    Hi same case din po nangyari sa akin. Free daw at lifetime membership pa. Tie up ng credit card ko daw. Hiningi yung card details ko to confirm if ako nga daw ang kausap nila para sure na ako mkkarcv. Naibigay ko sya though nag dududa ako. Ibinaba ko yung call after ilang minutes nag txt ang bank na na charge ako. Tntry ko icancel ayaw na nila. Hndi daw pwede kasi inauthorized ko nman daw. Ngyon ding afternoon ng feb 29 dineliver nila. Ano pong dapat gawin? Pls reply. Saan po ako pwedeng magreklamo?

  7. Same case with me pero fortunately di ko pa napipirmahan ung agreement kaso nacharge na nila sa card ko ung amount at idedecline daw nila cancellation request ko dahil against daw sa agreement na di ko pa naman sinanang-ayunan at pinirmahan.

    3. Tumawag ako kanina, ung sa quality assurance nila ung sumagot tapos sinabi ko reklamo ko then pinasa ung phone kay Mark Pineda. Sabi nya sya daw ung nag-aapprove sa refund request tapos i requested na kausapin ung manager. May kausap daw tawag na lang daw ako some other day. Pero tinanong ko kung sino ung immediate superior nya. Ung unang sumagot pala ung superior nya. If gusto ko daw icancel magbayad daw ako ng 1k dahil nagawa na daw ung card, etc.

    Kung tama ang natatandaan ko, nung time na nagrreklamo ako sa kanila eh babae ang manager nila at hindi yung sinasabi nyu na si mark kevin pineda, nakausap ko pa siya eh.

    Marian po ung nakausap ko, tpos sabi ni Mark Kevin siya yung manager. But on a different occasion, my friend to another manager na babae. Nag email na din kami sa DTI. Dpat po ireklamo na, kasi nakakaawa ung mga susunod na biktima.

    Yes sana naman matulungan tayu ni Ka Tulfo para mareverse yung binayad natin sa club elite na yan. Isa sa dahilan na magtitiwala ka eh dahil alam nila personal detail;s mo at kinoconfirm na lang nila if tama tinatawagan nila, since mga bago tayung credit card holders eh hindi alam na mga manloloko pala sila lalo na at sinabi nila na affiliated sila sa card provider natin. After ko magkaron ng transaction sa club elite eh andami na rin tumatawag sa akin same tactic at strategy ng club elite. lage sinasabi from visa mastercard sila at ready for delivery na lang yung card na binibigay talaga after maideliver sayo yung bago mong credit card. Nkakapagtaka lang kung pano nila nalalaman ang mga personal details natin. mag ingat na kayu guys alam kong marami pa ulet tatawag sa inyu. just in case na may tumawag let sa inyu sabihin nyu icoconfirm nyu muna sa card provider nyu kung talagang my offer na ganun then tawag agad kayu sa customer service para maireport.

Tumawag si LHEN na manager daw, sabe si Kevin Pineda is their Marketing Manager kuno. Sabe ni LHEN see you on Tuesday. Sabe ng DTI mas ok pag marami magrereklamo.     Hello po, may pag asa pa po kayang macancel yun? sa case ko po last september/october pa po xa. nawalan na ko ng pag asa na maccancel pa xa, since nkapirma po ako sa agreement. at maccancel lng xa if ang reason is death,etc. gustuhin ko man pong ipacancel hindi ko n po magawa since nung tumawag ako sa knila ang option lng na binigay sken is iinstallment ko nlng da wpo. so yun na po dapat ang gagawin ko kaya lang nung tumawag ako sa mismong bank. hnd pa daw ako qualified na maginstallment dahil bago pa lang akong card holder. May chance pa po kaya na mapacancel ko xa? panu po gagawin ko? thanks po.

    balak ko po kasing gamitin na yung free hotel accomodation ang problem lang baka mamaya hindi naman pala valid ung voucher nila. Meron na po bang nakagamit dito ng mga freebies or any service nila?

    Yung sa dental po kasi palpak waste of time yung paghahanap ng accredited dental clinic nila.

    guys magsubmit lang kayo ng dispute letter sa bank nyo..then ilagay nyo lang don na nag misrepresent sila at di kayo amenable sa terms and conditions ng club elite.inform nyo din sa dispute letter nyo na nagrequest kayo ng cancellation sa club elite pero ayaw nila pumayag.. ganon lang ginawa ko. after 30 days nabalik sakin ung naicharghe na almost 6k..yun nga lang nagbayad ako ng finance charge na nsa 300php kc hndi ko binayaran ung naicharge sakin.. mas ok na un kesa naman libo ang bayaran ko

    4. victim din po ako ng club elite, wala pa po 30 days nagsend na po ako ng request of cancellation sa club elite kaso wala din po reply saka po nagsend din ako ng dispute letter sa bank kaso sabi 30 to 45 pa kasi iimbestigahan pa. pag po ba nagsend ng dispute letter sa bank after 30 to 45 days ano po kaya usually nagiging result. magiging valid transaction kaya yun?

      send your dispute letter to customerservice@metrobankcard.com. state your full name, cc number, and your reason for cancellation. make sure that the letter you will send to them is signed by you kasi they'll not act on it if pinadala mo na unsigned. after sending them your dispute letter via email, you should call their customer service hotline at 8700700 and inform them na nag email ka sakanila. otherwise, di nila iaacknowledge yung pinadala mo.. then wait for their acknowledgment,.sakin more than a week bgo nila iacknowledge ung receipt ng email ko then more than 1 month nman bago natapos yuung investigation

      Hi metrobank din sakin. Kausap ko knina ung merchant pero ayaw nga nila pumyag icancel. I was planning to dispute nadin to metrobank. We just need to hope metrobank will reverse this as many of us are complaining.

    mga ilang buwan po bago nabalik yung P5,988 niyo po? kasi sa akin nung friday ko lang natanggap yung crad nila tapos nagsend na ako ng cancellation letter sa site nila. valid na po ba yun na proof na pwede ipakita sa metrobank na may dispute ako?

      Yang club elite na yan, they give us false information claiming na approve n daw ng metrobank yun which is not true. Misinterpretation of the benfit package isa pa yan. How would we trust them if umpisa pa lang nagsisinungaling na sila satin. I prayed and i hope metrobank will dispute the charges as ang dami n nting biktima.

      @Ara, yun nga kaya nga ng agree dun sa document is because dun sa sinasabe nila na approve un ng metrobank plus ung benefits na sinasabe nila na mali mali ang nainform. Thats the reason kaya ngpasa ng dispute. Di dpat mging basihan ung documents na nisigned dapat ung reason behind it.

      Hi aila, for the cacellation just indicate on the email message the reasons why you are cacelling it. For the dispute form you can get it at metrobank site then include on the email why are disputing it then sent it to metrobank with the attached dispute form. Once you sent the dispute letter to metrobank, you need to call their customare service to take action.

      @Anonymous 1.4.16 Actually may point ka kasi ang ipapakita ni club elite sa metrobank eh young signed docs na pinirmahan mo during delivery nung package. Kapag nagpasa ka ng dispute kay metrobank, yung magiinvestigate nun eh hahanapan c merchant ng docs kung valid or hindi yung transaction mo sa merchant. Kung alam ko lang na ganito di ko na tinanggap yung package during that time kahit pa sinabi sakin nung nagdeliver at agent from club elite na bawal na icancel. Kasi nga yun pinirmahan mo ang ipapakita ni club elite. Nakakagalit pero kung hindi maapproved yung dispute ko atleast natuto na ako.

    Guys help nman. Ngayon lang ako nbiktima at yang Club elite pa. Nacharge ako ng 5988. Agad akong tumawag sa metrobabank at magsubmit dw ako ng dispute letter. 30-40 days pa dw bgo ko malaman kng approve o hnd yung pagccancel ko ng charge sa akin. Meron n ba dito n after mgsubmit ng dispute letter eh nbawi rin yung chinarge sa inyo. Pls reply mga kapatid

Regarding rin po dito,meron din akong reklamo against sa nasabing company club elite access, dahil ginagago Nila yung mga naging victims nila sapagkat, automatically sa credit card Nila idinadaan ang process ng membership sa kanila a full payment of 5,988 kung tutuusin po talaga yung way or paraan ng kanilang pagpapamembership ay sapilitan,maraming kaik-ikan ang sinasabi..
    Ang nangyari naman sa akin trough a phone call rin sila kumuha ng personal details,nag-offer,ang name ng nakausap KO ay si miss aira,consultant daw po soya of club elite access,I never expect na yun Pala ang pakay Nila,actually Wala pong binangit na amount na ganun kalaki dun inalok nya ang Sabi Lang n'ya na it's free hotel accommodation, dental,etc.no clearly explanation na agad-agad ipapataw sa credit card ang payment once na magpamember. So I decided to cancel/terminate this transaction. Tumawag ago daily sa office nila at tel no.433-849 pero marami silang paikot ikot na mga sinasabi, nag sent narin po ako ng letter of cancellation sa kanilang email info@clubeliteaccess.com subalit they are not responding immediately, lalong tumagal tapos sa akin pa mismo bini-blame na hindi KO raw pinapalo-up samantalang sila mismo ang nagpapatagal At Nagpapabagal ng cancellation KO,, para kapag lumagpas na ng 30 days you have no right para mahabol ang refund asa kanila, it is so useless,babayaran mo yung 5,988 nang ganun nalang,sa madaling salita nanloloko sila ng tao para kumita at binibilog Nila.kahit sabihing legal company sila when it comes to concern by the client dapat bigyan nila ng tamang aksyon sila pa mismo ang galit kapag nagpapacancelled ang tao.Yung binibenta nilang products or services for me, useless since kagaya ko I'm not traveller person, dahil yun nga nakaltas na sa credit card ang amount mapipilitan,kahit pinakansel na Kasi si club elite ayaw pumayag bakit ganun sila,?       In connection to club elite post...
      I already called them for assistance and I am glad that they answered all my questions and concerns. About what really happened to my registration and it shows that there is misunderstanding and they (C.E) admitted their fault for not supplying all information (during phone call prior to my registration) needed for transparency purposes in my case. We already had our closure and I thanked them for the assistance. But, in the end of our conversation I decided to cancel my registration due to misunderstanding and I am glad that they are willing to process it. Anyway, to those who are in this conversation for a long time, kindly call them and raise all your concerns to end all your worries to settle it for good.
      Like what I've done.

Bigla silang tumwag and claming na metrobank agent sila na sinsabi kung may nareceive na daw ba akong voucher kase daw entitled ako sa free hotel accom. , dental chevkup, discount for travel. Tas biglang sinabi na nagemail sila and pag kacheck ko nagulat ako na may receipt na a nacharge na nila sa credit card ko yung 5988.   59. may nag tangka na naman tumwag sakin kanina..club elite access na naman..bungad "you are using metrobank card right"? binaabaan ko kaagad..aba nag reply "bastos" daw ako..nireplyan ko "scammer" nag reply patunayan ko daw na scammer sila...hahaha ako na nga tong na chargean ng 5998 na ayaw ibalik..haka haka at kahit sino daw puede gumawa ng ganito sa net para siraan sila..may office daw sila..."yeah right!" sa kanila na yun 5998..nature nila mang scam sa kanila naman karma...

    1. Hi po. This happened just now. Na provide ko yung details ko pero i did not agree in the end kasi i was alarmed with the amount that they will be charging me and they did not explain it well. So i assume na hindi ko yun inapprove. And they just easily end the call nung nag disagree na ako. Am i saved with the 5988 that they will be charging?

  61. grabe tuloy pa din mga pang aalok nila... ireport nyo na po sa dti yan para makaipon na dti ng mga reklamo against sa club elite na yan... para matigil na pang ooffer nila na wala naman kwenta ftebmediation@dti.gov.ph send ka lang po sa email na yan ng dti ng ginawa po sayong pang offer na hindi clear tapos biglanf charged agad sa credit mo

Hi,.. i have the same situation with u guys,...just awhile ago someone called on our office landline named Marian Ferrer, i thought she was from metrobank kc she was asking for details for verification dw po. Ngaun cnasabi nia n my 3 benefits n entitled aq, free hotel within manila, free dental valid in a year and my travel card which is discounted lht ng plane fare and hotel moh. so sbi q pede plng ibusiness ung travel card, at cnabi nia oo mrami dw xang client n gngwang business un. it so happen n nlaman q n hindi pla xxa direct from metrocard but an affiliate dw and hnd lng dw metrobank ang inooferan nia. sbi s aqn just wait and marereceive q n dw ung voucher kung anoh man un... after ng conversation nmin, i searched the company and here i am nabasa q mga complaints ng mdami...so i was scammed? pano po to pls someone could help kung anong ggwin q pra marefund un? gumagana b ung mga benefits n pinangako nla? cnoh n nkatry? kung hnd, i want to cancel dn.

  64. after 5 minutes tnxt aq ng metrobank n i am billed 5,988.. so napasok n... sbi nla usually dw 15K and halaga ng mga benefits un pero since i am on the top 500 dw n maayos ang transaction s credit card, kya privilege q dw to. balak q snang ibusiness kung ok at totoo tlga ung benefits nla, aus sna..ang pinatataka q lng hnd man lng nla aq tinanong kung approved b aq n gxto q mgavail bzta tinransfer nia aq ky Mr. Mark ung manager dw nla... eh pano kung hnd pla totoo to? pede bng mgpacancell n agad?

  67. Hi same problem guys. I also emailed metrobank for dispute and still waiting for their approval na narecived nila ung email.In DTI replied that they investigating the case. Im looking forward that they will help me. Anu respose sau ni DTI?

  68. nagpunta na po ako sa dti... magkakaron ka po schudele ng mediation sa dti wait mo lang po email nila... nakapag sign ka po ba sa agreement form ng club elite? pwede po malaman email ad mo po para dun po tayo makapag usap?

  69. kapal talaga ng muka ng club elite na yan.. pag nakausap mo yun Lhen ang palalabasin sa conversation tayong mga victim ang mali..magaling ang bola-bola tactic nila na magmumukang METROBANK sila..pero malalaman mo..hindi pala kapag nakapag bigay kana ng info...tapos sasabihin "di kami scam sir, may office kami dito sa tabi ng GMA puede po kayo pumunta" tibay ng sikmura at ng muka nila...

  74. ang ginawa ko nag send ako ng dispute letter to metrobank, emailed dti and cancellation of membership sa club elite. Nagrespose na ung club elite for reversal na saw it ng charge. next friday follow uo ko ulit. Basta gawa kayo ng letter guys tapos sabihin nyo sa letter lahat nun nagyari. kc malaki din ang almost 6k.
    nacharge na nga ako ng repalcement fee sa card kc na block ko na ung creditcard ko baka kc magamit pa nila... kaya lesson learned ingat tayo lahat guys

  76. I believe there are too many complaints here to leave unanswered. The reply made by Club Elite regarding this post was too general, and it would seem that a lot of those complaining did not get a satisfactory arrangement with the said company. But we are still open to receive any inputs from Club Elite regarding this. Otherwise, not only will this be an issue here on this website, but it is very possible it can also spill over to facebook and other social networking sites. This would be a PR disaster for the company if you let this happen.
